Ready Pack Smartblower One Filter-System with PM Chemical Hood

Smartblower single filter operation:

In Smartblower single filter operation, the motor unit with the SVE is worn on a belt. A breathing tube is screwed onto the motor unit, which is connected to a hood and constantly supplies it with breathing air. The air supply inflates the hood and builds up positive pressure, which prevents harmful substances from entering the hood. The blower is operated with only one filter, making it more cost-effective and sustainable.

Headpiece: Chemical Hood 

Limited use chemical protection hood. When used with a powered air-purifying respirator, the unit is approved as a breathing connection and as head and face protection. The protective effect corresponds to the highest protection class in the powered air-purifying respirator segment.

The PM Chemical Hood is made of antistatic material. It offers 320° all-round visibility thanks to its transparent PC visor. It is equipped with a generous shoulder cover. The breathing air hose is firmly and securely connected to the hood by means of a click connection.

The fan-assisted breathing protection system automatically builds up positive pressure in the hood, so that the hood functions independently and without any head frame. The air flow runs inside the hood along the inside of the PVC visor and is  therefore not blown into the wearer's face. The exhaled air flows downwards inside the hood and out of the exhalation valve.
