e-breathe Compressed Air Filter Station PRO 3 (V.K2)

The e-breathe compressed air filter station was developed for the treatment of technical compressed air. The high-performance filters contained in the respective stations separate and remove solid particles, aerosols, oil vapours and odours from the compressed air flowing through. Depending on the area of application, a 2-stage or 3-stage filter system is used.

The compressed air flowing through from the high-pressure network/compressor is converted into breathing air for externally ventilated respiratory protection systems. The breathable air is then fed through a hose to the headpiece/suit of the device wearer by means of a compressed air control valve. The station can only be used if the compressed air from the system does not pose any health hazards due to concentrations of carbon dioxide (CO₂) and carbon monoxide (CO).

Filter function:
With the M* / S* filter elements, solids are separated by impact and inertia. Oil and water aerosols are removed by the coalescence effect. Due to the effect of gravity, filtered liquid particles collect in the lower filter container and are automatically drained off there. The CA* filter element adsorbs oil vapours and odours, which accumulate in the activated

e e-breathe DFS 3 & DFS 3WH
Consisting of 3 filter elements (M / S / CA), pressure regulator with pressure gauge, standard differential pressure gauge, integrated wall bracket and one outlet for one user (optionally expandable to up to 3 users). In addition, the station has a robust housing to protect the filter elements and ensure mobile use. The station can be mounted on the wall with its housing. Alternatively, the filter elements can be removed from the housing and attached to the wall. This means that a WH3 station can be retrofitted to become a mobile filter station by mounting it in a housing.
