Thanks to its innovative and modular design, this belt-mounted respiratory protection fan system is one of the latest generation of respiratory protection fans. Its slim housing and ergonomic design make it easy to use even in confined spaces. The system consists of a base unit and various filter boxes that serve as filter holders. The modular design allows the device to be converted to suit specific requirements. • Automatic system test: The integrated software of the intelligent e-Flow performs an automatic system test every time it is switched on, thus checking the functionality of the device before each use. • Intelligent 2-stage warning system:The electronics continuously monitor all important components and warn the user if the minimum volume flow is not reached, if the filter is full or if the battery power is too low. -> Acoustic, optical and mechanical (vibration alarm) signal • Reliable power source: Replaceable and lightweight lithium-ion battery with fast charging function and a long service life. Thanks to communication between the system and the battery, the remaining battery life is always shown in real time on the display. The new positive-pressure protective suit series, developed in partnership between Lakeland and e-breathe, combines the expertise of two leading PPE manufacturers. The ChemMax® 3 fabric consists of a multilayer high-barrier film and provides protection against a wide range of highly hazardous chemical splashes and sprays, as well as infectious agents and hazardous dusts. The co-extrusion process results in a smooth and flexible surface that allows liquids to run off quickly and harmlessly.

The suits are used in combination with an approved powered air-purifying respirator (e-breathe e-Flow with DIN round thread connection), which supplies the suit with breathable air under constant positive pressure.
