Thanks to its innovative and modular design, this belt-mounted respiratory protection fan system is one of the latest generation of respiratory protection fans. Its slim housing and ergonomic design make it easy to use even in confined spaces. The system consists of a base unit and various filter boxes that serve as filter holders. The modular design allows the device to be converted to suit specific requirements. • Automatic system test: The integrated software of the intelligent e-Flow performs an automatic system test every time it is switched on, thus checking the functionality of the device before each use. • Intelligent 2-stage warning system:The electronics continuously monitor all important components and warn the user if the minimum volume flow is not reached, if the filter is full or if the battery power is too low. -> Acoustic, optical and mechanical (vibration alarm) signal • Reliable power source: Replaceable and lightweight lithium-ion battery with quick-charge function and a long service life. Thanks to communication between the system and the battery, the remaining battery life is always shown in real time on the display. Dual filter operation: With Smartblower dual filter operation, two filters can be used simultaneously thanks to the additionally available Y-connector. The Y-connector is screwed between the motor unit and the filters. When using combination filters, dual filter operation is necessary because in single filter operation, an excessive volume flow prevents sufficient filtering of the pollutant. The Y-connector with blower and filters can be carried on a belt or permanently attached to the Smartbelt back belt system. The system has a modular design and consists of the battery control unit (SVE) and the SVE cable & motor unit. These basic components can be used flexibly or expanded for specific applications. The blower is designed for positive pressure operation and supplies the connected headpiece with breathing air. The blower is controlled by the 350g SVE, which delivers a constant volume flow of 140l/min to 160l/min depending on the presetting. The Smartblower system has a variety of practical functions: Automatic airflow adjustment The software integrated into the device monitors the airflow to ensure that the user is supplied with the correct flow rate – even as the filter becomes full and the battery power decreases. If it is not possible to achieve the correct airflow, the system warns the user with a visual and audible alarm. Ultra-lightweight Weighing just 435 g (SVE motor), the system is ultra-lightweight. Thanks to its weight of just 85 g, the lightweight Smartblower can be operated directly on a full-face mask without a breathing hose. The lightweight design and ergonomic shape ensure maximum comfort, even during strenuous work and long periods of use. Modular respiratory protection system All main components are modular in design, allowing damaged parts to be replaced quickly. This keeps the associated downtime and costs to a minimum. Lithium-ion battery / replacement battery The SVE has a built-in lithium-ion battery with a runtime of up to 8 hours. A second SVE as a replacement battery allows the user to charge and replace the battery without interrupting work. The SVE's fast-charging function charges the battery to 80% in one hour and fully charges it in 3 hours. IP 67 protection class The SVE can be completely submerged in water without any problems. This also applies to the motor unit, provided it is sealed with decontamination caps. Das eingebaute Kontrollsystem überwacht den Status des Gebläses kontinuierlich und regelt die Durchflussrate. Das Gebläsegehäuse ist äußerst strapazierfähig und schlagfest, hochtemperaturbeständig, beständig gegen Spritzer von Chemikalien und Schweißfunken. Für Betriebe, in denen durch Gase und Stäube eine explosionsartige Atmosphäre entstehen kann, gelten ab dem 01.Juli 2003 die europäischen Richtlinien:ATEX 95 (vormals ATEX 100a) und ATEX 137 (vormals ATEX 118a)Die neuen Vorgaben unterscheiden erstmals zwischen Gas- und Staubgemischen, die in Verbindung mit Luft eine Explosionsgefahr darstellen können. Das Proflow EX bietet mit seiner neuen EX-Schutz Version eine Lösung, die sowohl für den Einsatz in explosionsgefährdeten Gas- Luft- Gemischen als auch in Staub- Luft- Bereichen geprüft und zugelassen ist.
