The ecoPAD filter is a reusable filter designed with a screw-on filter housing. This means that the housing can be reused and the filter fleece can be replaced quickly and easily. The fleece used in the ecoPAD is exactly the same as the fleece used in encapsulated standard filters. The fleece is sealed in place by a special rubber coating developed specifically for the ecoPAD. The lower and upper parts of the filter housing can be connected in no time at all, securely enclosing the particle fleece. For the user, this means maximum protection with minimal breathing resistance.

When developing the ecoPAD, they were explicitly designed to be particularly flat and lightweight. This means that only about a third of the space required for storing conventional filters is needed for storage.
Environmentally friendly & budget-friendly
However, ecoPAD respiratory filters not only score points for saving space and costs in logistics and storage, but also protect the environment and material budget thanks to their reusable filter housing and modular design.
Robust and comfortable
The filter housing impresses with its robust construction and therefore has a long service life. In terms of comfort, the filter scores points with its low breathing resistance and maximum protection in accordance with EN 143 and EN 12941/12942 as a particle filter in filter class P3 PSL R.

The SVE (control and supply unit), weighing just 350 g, controls and monitors the small fan. To ensure a high level of safety, the integrated software of the intelligent SVE performs an automatic system test each time it is switched on and records all usage data throughout operation, thus providing reliable information for servicing.
The integrated colour display impresses with its simple menu navigation and functionality. This allows all important functions and information to be accessed at any time. In addition to visual signals, the system also gives the user acoustic warnings, e.g. as soon as the filter is full, the flow rate or battery power decreases. The lithium-ion battery (11.25V/2.95Ah) integrated inside the SVE reliably and safely supplies the user for an entire work shift. With the integrated fast-charging function, the device is already up to 80% charged after just one hour and quickly ready for use again. A full charge is reached after three hours. To ensure uninterrupted operation, a second SVE can be used as a replacement battery.

Smartblower single filter operation:
In Smartblower single filter operation, the motor unit with the SVE is worn on a belt. A breathing tube is screwed onto the motor unit, which is connected to a hood and constantly supplies it with breathing air. The air supply inflates the hood and builds up positive pressure, which prevents harmful substances from entering the hood. The blower is operated with only one filter, making it more cost-effective and sustainable.

Headpiece: Chemical Hood
Limited use chemical protection hood. When used with a powered air-purifying respirator, the unit is approved as a breathing connection and as head and face protection. The protective effect corresponds to the highest protection class in the powered air-purifying respirator segment.
The PM Chemical Hood is made of antistatic material. It offers 320° all-round visibility thanks to its transparent PC visor. It is equipped with a generous shoulder cover. The breathing air hose is firmly and securely connected to the hood by means of a click connection.
The fan-assisted breathing protection system automatically builds up positive pressure in the hood, so that the hood functions independently and without any head frame. The air flow runs inside the hood along the inside of the PVC visor and is therefore not blown into the wearer's face. The exhaled air flows downwards inside the hood and out of the exhalation valve.

The small and lightweight Smartblower respiratory protection fan system offers maximum flexibility. The system has a modular design and consists of the battery control unit (SVE) and the SVE cable & motor unit. These basic components can be used flexibly or expanded for specific applications. The blower is designed for positive pressure operation and supplies the connected headpiece with breathing air. The blower is controlled by the 350g SVE, which delivers a constant volume flow of 140l/min to 160l/min, depending on the presetting.
The Smartblower system has a variety of practical functions:
Automatic airflow
adjustment The software integrated into the device monitors the airflow to ensure that the user is supplied with the correct flow rate – even as the filter becomes full and the battery power decreases. If it is not possible to achieve the correct airflow, the system warns the user with a visual and audible alarm.
Ultra-lightweight
Weighing just 435 g (SVE motor), the system is ultra-lightweight. Thanks to its weight of just 85 g, the lightweight Smartblower can be operated directly on a full-face mask without a breathing tube. The light weight and ergonomic design ensure maximum wearing comfort even during strenuous work and long-term use.
Modular respiratory protection system
All main components are modular in design, allowing damaged parts to be replaced quickly. This keeps the associated downtime and costs to a minimum.
Lithium-ion battery / replacement
battery The SVE has a built-in lithium-ion battery with a runtime of up to 8 hours. A second SVE as a replacement battery allows the user to charge and replace the battery without interrupting work. The SVE's fast-charging function charges the battery to 80% in one hour and fully charges it in 3 hours.
IP 67 protection rating
The SVE can be completely submerged in water without any problems. This also applies to the motor unit, provided it is sealed with decontamination caps.
